YEREVAN, OCTOBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan tasked Cabinet members to present the approaches and principles which formed the budgets of their sectors in an understandable language for the society and lawmakers.

“As you know, the debates on the state budget bill will kick off in the standing committees of the Parliament on October 31. That’s why I attach importance that your representatives be in a more program budgeting format and stem from the provisions of the government’s program. In particular, it is necessary to present the approaches and principles which form the budgets of your fields in plain language for the lawmakers and society”, the PM said.

According to the PM, the budget must be presented based on the qualitative and quantitative indicators and results of the upcoming programs, in order to understand their goal and necessity.
