YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. The joint photographic project of ARMENPRESS News Agency and ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK was presented within the framework of “ArmProdExpo”.

The project presents 18 photos describing the fates of 18 people living in different villages of Armenian provinces, telling about their daily activities.

Photo catalog has been published which allows to get acquainted with the photos, as well as the short stories of heroes.

The catalog also includes the speech of Executive Director of ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK Hakob Andreasyan who says: “We want our partner-clients to achieve more success. We are proud of even the smallest achievements of our partners, we stand together with them in any difficult times, and that is the reason that the villager considers ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK as his own”.

Director of ARMENPRESS News Agency Aram Ananyan said the photos depict people who may never appeared in the spotlight of cameras, people who sometimes are unable to follow the daily news, but this factor doesn’t diminish the enormous contribution that they and thousands like them bring through their daily hard works.

“Of course, it seems that the acceleration rate of the media leaves fewer opportunities for comprehensively addressing the topic. From this perspective, the project carried out with ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK is expected and important. It concentrates on one of the heroes of the Independence - the Armenian villager”.

The author of the photos is ARMENPRESS News Agency photographer Mkhitar Khachatryan, who toured from province to province and once again convinced how unique Armenia is.

“I have visited such places that you cannot visit every day, cannot see those beautiful places, and each hero presents a unique interest with their fates, roles”, Mkhitar Khachatryan said.

The photographer was telling about the story of two brothers Aram and Armen who live in Mikhayelovka village of Lori province. The brothers managed to achieve significant results starting from selling violates, collected in the forests, up to establishing a rose greenhouse. ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has assisted the brothers on their new work of rose growing.

“Every time I meet another type of a man. It is this type that must be turned into a photo. You must be able to combine and show that man’s activity and work, as well as his characteristics”, the photographer said.
