YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Chairman of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic (NKR), head of France-Karabakh Friendship Circle Ashot Ghulyan received the chairman of France-Karabakh Friendship Circle, member of French National Assembly François Rochblau and persons accompanying him.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic, greeting the guests, Ashot Ghulyan highly appreciated the consistent political activities of France-Karabakh Friendship Circle, as well as its recent active efforts in the cultural and humanitarian spheres.  

For his turn, François Rochblau stated the importance of cultural ties and development of the French language in Artsakh, which rather fosters bilateral relations. The French parliamentarian inquired about the situation on the border and the process of the Constitutional reforms in Artsakh.
