Ambassador Tumanyan discusses Armenia’s support in elaborating draft treaty on EAEU-Iran free trade zone in Tehran
YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. On September 17 the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic State of Iran, Artashes Tumanyan, met with the Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines, and Trade, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ambassador Tumanyan touched upon a number of issues connected with bilateral trade, increase of trade volume, mutual support of investments, and activation of trade relations between the two states.
Armenia’s practical support in the process of elaboration of the draft treaty on EAEU-Iran free trade zone was discussed as well.
Minister Nematzadeh mentioned that he welcomes and supports the implementation of any project aimed to develop economic relations between the two countries.
