National Archives’ documents related to General Andranik and other figures to be released in 2018

The National Archives of Armenia has documents related to the events of 1918 that will only be released on the occasion of the 100th anniversary in 2018. “There are many documents that will be released in 2018, for example, the documents related to General Andranik, Kajaznuni and Khatisyan,” Director of the National Archives of Armenia Amatuni Virabyan mentioned during a May 28 press conference.
He emphasized that the records of the National Council of Armenians have also been preserved in the National Archives. Amatuni Virabyan also informed that Tbilisi has more documents related to the events of those years than Yerevan, but those archives are closed.
