YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS. The exhibition entitled “Breath of Syrian-Armenian culture in Yerevan” united many Syrian-Armenians in the North Avenue who introduced to the judgment of the society the creation of their hands.  Various foods, spices, Easter accessories, jewelry, paintings, clothing and even balloons were exhibited and sold at the traditional events. The Ministry of Diaspora and “Coordination Center for Syrian-Armenian issues” public organization organized the exhibition-fair. This time the event was devoted to the Holy Resurrection holiday.

The acting Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan confessed that she likes everything made by the Syrian-Armenians.  “Syrian-Armenians are creative people. They brought interesting culture to Armenia’s food, even every day we use dishes that they make. We do it specially as to give them profit. I took spices, chicken chops and humus,” Hranush Hakobyan noted as reported by Armenpress.
