YEREVAN, DECEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Davutoğlu has again made meaningless statements regarding the normalization of the Armenian-Turkish ties. As reports “Armenpress” citing CNNTurk, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Davutoğlu touched upon the issue of the Armenian-Turkish relations at the course of the meeting with the EU Ambassadors held in Ankara. Responding the questions of the Swiss and French Ambassadors regarding the normalization of ties between Armenia and Turkey, Davutoğlu noted that Turkey makes efforts in this direction and that Ankara is “open for any creative idea”.

Advancing the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide Turkey makes attempts to convince the international community that Ankara makes efforts for the normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations. Actually Turkey’s steps are meant to hinder the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
