YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Former Minister of Economy Artsvik Minasyan is being questioned by investigators as a witness as part of “a criminal case which is investigated in the Department of Investigations of Crimes Committed in the Territory of the Zvartnots Airport of the Yerevan Department of Investigations”, Investigations Committee spokesperson Naira Harutyunyan told ARMENPRESS.

She said the case concerns a suspected crime which took place in 2017.

Minasyan is a member of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation political party.

He served twice as minister of economy.

He was also minister of environment.
