YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom has addressed a telegram to President Armen Sarkissian on the occasion of the Armenian Independence Day, Sarkissian’s Office said in a news release.

“I am addressing my congratulations to you Your Excellency on the occasion of the National Day and my warm wishes of happiness and welfare to the people of Armenia,” Queen Elizabeth II, in part said in the letter.
