YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. Mortgage loans issued in Armenia totals 84,5 billion drams in the period of January-July 2019, exceeding the volume of provided loans in the same period of 2018 by 90,5%, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a news conference.

“In July 2019 real estate transactions grew 17,1% against 2018 July,” he said, adding that transactions of industrial-significance real estate grew 11,7%. “The transactions growth was recorded at the expense of provinces, and not Yerevan,” he said.
