Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on March 15 received chairperson of the U.S. Western Region affiliate of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Maria Mehranian to discuss issues on the diverse projects under implementation in Artsakh, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.
