YEREVAN, DECEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev received newly-appointed EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar, APA reports.

Among other issues, the meeting also touched upon the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and the negotiation process on settling it.

This is the first visit of the EU Special Representative to Azerbaijan.
