YEREVAN, JUNE 19, ARMENPRESS. According to the decision of Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, Vram Gyulzadyan has been appointed Adviser to the PM on voluntary basis, the Government told Armenpress.

Vram Gyulzadyan has been Member of the Parliament in 1999-2003.
