YEREVAN, JANUARY 24, ARMENPRESS. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed an instruction on initiating negotiations between “Rosatom” and Armenian state agencies on means of realizing obligations in the field of nuclear and radiation safety, the document is available in the official e-portal of the Russian authorities.

The sides will hold talks on signing a protocol between Rosatom, Armenia’s ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources and the state committee for nuclear safety.

Agreements on exchanging information in the field of nuclear and radiation safety are signed between neighboring countries which operate nuclear power plants.
