According to the information by the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies, the Stepantsminda-Lars Highway is open for all types of vehicles.

The Traffic Department of Georgia’s Infrastructure Ministry informs that on December 10, as of 10:00, the Stepantsminda-Lars Highway is open for all types of vehicles in case of using tire chains.
