YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, ARMENPRESS.  The EU wants to achieve the signing of a comprehensive peace agreement in the settlement issue of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the Azerbaijani APA agency quoted Ambassador Malena Mard – head of EU delegation to Azerbaijan as saying.

Mard stressed that an agreement can be reached by the establishment of ties between the peoples of the two countries.
