YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. All must held accountable for shortcomings in the military sphere during the April war, head of the RPA faction Vahram Baghdasaryan said, reports “Armenpress”.

“Seyran Ohanyan acted as a competent military leader especially in this situation of war. Of course, negative things happened, but I think everything cannot be perfect in such a large sphere”, he said.

To the question whether Seyran Ohanyan is also among those who will be held accountable, Baghdasaryan said:

“If the investigation reveals that Seyran Ohanyan also had some shortcomings, he may bear responsibility on his part”, he said.

Referring to the news on Chief of the Presidential Staff Vigen Sargsyan’s appointment as Defense Minister, he said there hasn’t been such discussion.
