YEREVAN, MARCH 23, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Culture informs with deep sorrow that on March 23 at the age of 65 Armenian famous opera singer (tenor) and artistic director of A. Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet Theater, Honored Artist of the Lithuanian SSR, USSR People's Artist, recipient of "Movses Khorenatsi" and "Service to Motherland" 1st degree medals Gegham Grigoryan passed away.

As "Armenpress" was informed by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Culture, a governmental commission will be established in connection with Gegham Grigoryan's funeral.
