YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. Russia’s Defense Ministry has received a memorandum approved by the Pentagon on preventing air incidents in Syria. As “Armenpress” reports, Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook announced about this during the briefing with journalists.

The Pentagon said on Wednesday that progress had been achieved at negotiations with the Russian Defense Ministry in a third video conference on the safety of flights over Syria.
