The President of USA, Barack Obama, announced that the main disappointment during his presidency was the failure in the attempts of reforming the legislation on restricting US citizen's freedom to carry firearms. “If you look at the number of the Americans who died in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, you can see they are less than 100. And looking at the numbers of shooting victims, you’ll see that there are thousands of them. ”
