Vladimir Hakobyan appointed President's spokesman

YEREVAN, JULY 18, ARMENPRESS. According to the decree by Serzh Sargsyan, Arman Saghatelyan was dismissed from his position of the spokseman of the President of Armenia.  As Armenpress was informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media, according to another decree Vladimir Hakobyan was appointed the President's spokesman.

Vladimir Hamlet Hakobyan was born in 1982,  November 26 in Armenia. He studied at the secondary school N 167  from 1988-1998. From 1998-2003 Vladimir Hakobyan studied at  Armenian State Pedagogical University, in the the department of TV-Radio Journalism of the Faculty of Culture.  From 2003-2005 he served at the Armenian Army as a technician-operator at the computer communciation center, military rank: senior. From December, 2006 11 to July 15, 2015 he worked at the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. The last position occupied by Vladimir Hakobyan – Head of the Division of the Central Department, military rank: major. He was awarded with an acknowledgement letter of the Vice President of the Republic of Armenia in 2011.
