Among other things, the American diplomat noted that the co-chairs have been negotiating with the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia for organizing the meeting of the presidents in this year: "As a result, should not be forgotten that the leadership of both countries must demonstrate the will to take a step and based on the ideas offered by the Co-Chairs towards peaceful resolution of the protracted conflict."
