GYUMRI, 15 JANUARY, ARMENPRESS. Valery Permyakov, who killed the Avetisyans and is one of the soldiers of the Russian military base, is located at the Russian military base in Gyumri. As “Armenpress” reports, this is what Deputy of the Prosperous Armenia Party’s faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Martun Grigoryan told the people gathered in front of the building of Shirak Province’s regional prosecutor’s office. Grigoryan visited the military base through mediation by Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Kostanyan.

“We saw the criminal with our own two eyes. He’s at the military base. We needed to be certain that he’s in Gyumri, and we became certain. I urge everyone to go home,” Grigoryan mentioned.
