About 2,500 peacekeepers take part in CSTO’s Unbreakable Brotherhood 2013 exercise

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS: The joint exercise of the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s (CSTO) peacekeeping forces, codenamed Nerushimoye Bratstvo 2013 (Unbreakable Brotherhood 2013), were launched in Russia’s Chelyabinsk Oblast on October 7, attended by about 2,500 peacekeepers from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan, as reported by Armenpress, quoting Itar-Tass.

The exercise participants will drill the preparation and conduct of peacekeeping operations in the collective security region. The main stage of the actions will be conducted under the command of Commander of the Central Military District troops Colonel General Nikolai Bogdanov.
