Rudik Hyusnunts appointed deputy secretary of the NKR Security Council

On 29 December President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Rudik Hyusnunts deputy secretary of the NKR Security Council, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reported.
