YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. Tens of explosions were heard in Stepanakert in a period of 15 minutes, former State Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan has said.

“Within the past 15 minutes, there have been tens of explosions heard in Stepanakert. Seems they were shelling and UAV strikes by the genocidal forces of dictator Aliyev. Military activities are ongoing, and the Artsakh defenders are doing their best to prevent a bloody genocide,” Beglaryan said in a post on X around 20:00.
