YEREVAN, MARCH 27, ARMENPRESS. Preparations for the upcoming 2023 EWF European Weightlifting Championships are in full-swing at the K. Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan – the venue of the event.

The competition platform has already been constructed. The left and right stands will house the spectators.

Over 500 athletes from 40 countries are expected to participate in the championships.

The official opening ceremony is scheduled for April 14.
