YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan had a “brief conversation” with the Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Yakub Eyubov during the CIS Economic Council session in Moscow, Grigoryan’s office confirmed to ARMENPRESS.

“There was no separate meeting, the deputy prime ministers of the two countries participated in the CIS Economic Council session, within the framework of which they had a brief conversation regarding the latest escalation,” Grigoryan’s office said.
