Yerevan Mayor appoints new head of Kentron administrative district
13:15, 2 December 2019YEREVAN, DECEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan appointed Avet Poghosyan as the head of Kentron administrative district, the Mayor’s spokesperson Hakob Karapetyan said on Facebook.
Before the appointment Avet Poghosyan was serving as advisor to the Secretary of the Security Council. He is not a member of a party.
On October 24, 2019 former head of Kentron administrative district Viktor Mnatsakanyan resigned.
