YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Works are underway over the issue to cancel roaming in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Viktor Gridnev - Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), said at a press conference in Yerevan.

“The abolition of roaming is the initiative of the Kazakh side, Kazakhstan has come up with that proposal. Currently this issue is at a working process. I think some roadmaps or assessments will be made in December”, he said.

The official stated that all programs should first of all be agreed upon with all five member states of the Union.

Viktor Gridnev said the Commission will prepare the program, then there will be an agreement stage with the member states, after which it will be possible to talk about concrete timeframes.
