Armenian, Georgian deputy PMs discuss infrastructure development

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan had a meeting on October 22 with Georgia’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructures and Territorial Development Maya Tskitishvili, Avinyan’s Office said in a news release.

The sides concurred that bilateral meetings enable to address the current Armenian-Georgian cooperation agenda in detail, as well as seek opportunities for enhancing and deepening partnership in new directions.

Avinyan and Tskitishvili also discussed various issues relating to transportation and infrastructure development within the framework of the North-South Corridor.

They also touched upon cooperation and exchange of practice in the renewable energy sector, as well as prospects of implementing joint projects in communications infrastructures.
