YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, ARMENPRESS. The court hearing over the criminal case involving second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and several other former officials launched today, but was postponed until November 5.

Judge Anna Danibekyan said given the fact that the 2nd President has undergone a surgery on October 9 and is still in hospital, is unable to attend the hearings, the session is postponed. The next hearing will take place on November 5, at 13:00.

2nd President Kocharyan and several other former officials are accused of overthrowing the constitutional order during the 2008 March 1-2 events in Yerevan.
