An official ceremony took place on September 24th where Ruben Arakelyan, the head of the Armenian Center for Humanitarian De-mining and Expertise, handed over mission complete certificates to Mohamed Kumait Assi El Sheikh, Member of the executive office in Aleppo Governorate for Aleppo City Council. The event was preceded by a joint terrain inspection.
