YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian receives congratulatory messages on the occasion of Independence Day.

As ARMENPRESS was informed from the press service of the President’s Office, President Sarkissian received congratulations and good wishes from Emperor of Japan Naruhito.

King of Belgium Philippe wished the President and the Armenian people welfare and prosperity.

Governor General of Canada Julie Payette mentioned in her congratulatory message that Canada is proud for the fact that it is home for a big Armenian community. “They contribute to our prosperity each day and strengthen the relations between our countries. Canada remains committed to working with Armenia over shared priorities such as democratic processes and transparent economic management”, reads Julie Payette’s congratulatory message.

President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi congratulated President Armen Sarkissian and the friendly people of Armenia. “I once again reaffirm my readiness to work with you for developing the cooperation between our countries in all spheres for the sake of the shared benefit of our friendly countries”, reads the congratulatory message of Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates, Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan of Abu Dhabi wished the President of Armenia good health and constant progress and prosperity to the friendly people of Armenia.
