“My step” bloc wants to start process of depriving Hrayr Tovmasyan of powers

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. “My step” faction has decided to launch a process of depriving Constitutional Court member Hrayr Tovmasyan’s powers, ARMENPRESS reports head of “My step” bloc’s parliamentary faction Lilit Makunts told the reporters.

Member of “My step” bloc Vladimir Vardanyan talked about the legal side of the issue. He noted that one of the grounds for suspending his powers is disciplinary violation. This process can be initiated by a parliamentary faction. “By examining the issue the National Assembly makes a secret vote and decided to apply to the Constitutional Court. The final decision is made by the Constitutional Court”, Vladimir Vardanyan said.
