YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS. Speaker of Parliament of Artsakh, Chairman of the Artsakh-France Friendship Circle Ashot Ghulyan and Member of French Parliament, Chair of the France-Artsakh Friendship Circle Guy Tiessier on September 11 inaugurated a friendship signboard between the settlements of Artsakh and France in the War Volunteers Park of Stepanakert, the Artsakh Parliament told Armenpress.

“I congratulate on another symbol of the Artsakh-France cooperation and wish eternity to our friendship”, the Speaker of Parliament of Artsakh said.

The event was held within the frames of the visit of French parliamentarians to Artsakh.
