YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. The main part of the events dedicated to the 28^th anniversary of the establishment of independence of Armenia will be held in Gyumri. The festive events will kick off at the Central Park of Gyumri at 11:00.

As ARMENPRESS was informed from the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, there will be 7 musical stages in different parts of the city.

A public discussion on “Vision of proportional community development” will be held at the house-museum of Hovhannes Shiraz with the participation of political, pubic and cultural figures.

The works of famous craftsmen and artists from Gyumri will be exhibited at Shahumyan Street.

Vardanants Square will be turned into children’s village.

At 19:00 a gala concert will kick off at Vardanants Square with the participations of Armenian and foreign singers.

The events will end at 23:00.

Festive events dedicated to the 28^th anniversary of Armenia’s independence are also planned in Yerevan and other regions of the country.
