YEREVAN, AUGUST 31, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory letter to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on his 65th birthday, the Armenian President’s Office told Armenpress.

The letter says: “The entire contemporary history of Belarus, which has been marked with the state’s socio-economic development achievements and formation of a broad international cooperation, is inextricably linked to your name.

I remember with pleasure my last visit to Belarus, the participation to the closing ceremony of the 2nd European Games, our comprehensive talk held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, as well as my visit to the High Technology Park.

I am confident that our agreements aimed at expanding the mutually beneficial cooperation at concrete directions will be implemented with joint efforts.

I wish you good health and success in your responsible position”.
