Pashinyan congratulates Kurdish community of Armenia on Nawroz

YEREVAN, MARCH 21, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory letter to the Kurdish community representatives on the occasion of their New Year – Nawroz, the PM’s Office told Armenpress.

“I warmly congratulate the representatives of the Kurdish community of Armenia on New Year – Nawroz.

Nawroz is one of the ancient and most popular pan-national holidays of Kurds. It is perceived as a symbol of nature’s awakening and beginning of a new year.

Let this spring holiday, that symbolizes a new life, become a new beginning on the path of fulfillment of dreams for the Kurdish friends who are part of Armenia’s equal brotherly family.

Let this New Year be a year of peace, solidarity, new achievements and success.

I wish welfare, happiness and determination to the Kurdish community of Armenia to jointly build free, fair and prosperous country for all of us”.
