YEREVAN, MARCH 18, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is taking part in the opening ceremony of a new residential building constructed by the Grand Candy LLC, reports Armenpress.

The PM is accompanied by Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan.

The Yerevan Mayor told reporters that he welcomes this initiative and expressed gratitude to the Vardanyan family for the opportunity provided to the Yerevan residents to acquire apartments with cost price.

“As a community leader I welcome and am very thankful to the Vardanyan family for providing such an opportunity to our residents to acquire high-quality apartments with a maturity date of 12 years and without an interest rate. This is a wonderful option, is a good present both for the workers and the community residents. Once again thank you for such initiative, we will welcome all such initiatives”, the Mayor said.

He assured that the city authorities will assist such initiatives with everything within their capacities.
