YEREVAN, MARCH 16, ARMENPRESS. During the period from March 9 to 16 the Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire regime in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact nearly 250 times by firing more than 3000 shots from various caliber weapons at the Armenian positions, the defense ministry of Artsakh told Armenpress.

In addition to the ceasefire violations, the Azerbaijani side also fired 60 mm mortars (9 shells) at the eastern direction (Akna) of the line of contact on March 13.

The Defense Army forces of Artsakh fully control the situation in the frontline and continue confidently conducting the military service.
