YEREVAN, MARCH 12, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian on March 12 received Anthony Barsamian, co-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Assembly of America, and the organization’s regional director Arpi Vardanyan, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The President highly valued the Assembly’s work, highlighting its role in actively participating to the solution of various pan-national issues.

In their turn the Assembly representatives introduced the President on the ongoing programs and projects.

The sides exchanged views on issues of pan-Armenian importance, as well as on a number of prospective programs and their implementation.
