YEREVAN, MARCH 5, ARMENPRESS. As part of the events to commemorate the 60th anniversary of National Hero of Armenia and Hero of Artsakh Vazgen Sargsyan, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present at the memorial evening devoted to the life and activity of the Sparapet (Chief Commander)held at the Stepanakert Culture and Youth Palace.
