President of Central Bank to participate in conference on digital economy issues in Belgium

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 14, ARMENPRESS. President of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Artur Javadyan has departed for Bruges to participate in the Challenges of New Consumption Forms and Digital Entrepreneurship international two-day conference, the CBA told Armenpress.
The conference is organized by the National Bank of Belgium.
Digitization’s impact on economy and measurement issues, the monetary policy challenges in the new digital environment, as well as the taxation and settlement of digital economy will be discussed during the conference.
The CBA President is scheduled to meet with the heads of a number of financial institutions on the sidelines of the event.
