YEREVAN, DECEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s delegation led by Vice Prime Minister, minister of international economic integration and reforms Vache Gabrielyan on December 13-14 participated in the ministerial conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of SIGMA aimed at public administration reforms of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, press service of the government told Armenpress.

The conference aims at assisting the economic reforms, contributing to the good and effective governance, creating competitive and business environment through better public services and improving the rule of law in practice. These reforms are vital for further consolidation and stability, high-quality public services, as well as raising competitiveness and economic development.

The official opening ceremony of the conference was held on December 13.

During the plenary session on December 14 the Armenian Vice PM delivered speech highlighting the importance of cooperation with the SIGMA and outlining the prospects of implementing new programs and expanding the cooperation directions.
