YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian’s statement in Greece on the Armenian-Turkish Protocols has been widely covered by Turkish media. The statement made headlines in numerous newspapers and online media.

The Turkish Hurriyet quoted Armenian FM Nalbandian’s following statement: “President of Armenia declared in September from the rostrum of the UN General Assembly that Armenia will declare the Protocols null and void since they continuously lacked any positive progress towards their implementation and we will enter the spring of 2018 without those Protocols”.

HaberTurk also quoted the same sentence, reminding that the Protocols should’ve been ratified by the parliaments of the two countries.

Milliyet reportef that the Protocols were signed with Switzerland’s mediation.
