YEREVAN, DECEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS. Political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan says it’s naive to expect miracles from the Armenia-EU new agreement in one day, reports Armenpress.
“This agreement provides an opportunity to act, but there is no need to expect visible changes for the public”, he said.
He noted that Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine also signed similar documents. “These documents have already entered into force in these countries, but these states have not become Switzerland or Netherlands”, the political scientist said, adding that it is a framework document with a normative base.
On November 24 Armenia and the European Union signed the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership agreement in Brussels.
