YEREVAN, JUNE 15, ARMENPRESS. On June 15 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan hosted executive director of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan, vice-president of the American University of Armenia Ashot Ghazaryan and American University of Armenia president emeritus, chair of the Turpanjian Rural Development Program Dr. Haroutune Armenian, press service of the Artsakh President’s Office told Armenpress.

The meeting addressed issues related to cooperation between the American University of Armenia and the Artsakh State University, as well as improvement of the Artsakh Alma Mater's building conditions.

President Sahakyan considered the successive expansion and deepening of ties with the American University of Armenia of high-demand and importance. 

Artsakh premier Arayik Harutyunyan and other officials attended the meeting.
