YEREVAN, MAY 27, ARMENPRESS. With the assistance of governments of EEU states and under the auspices of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Armenian Government, the ‘Eurasian economic union – Armenia cooperation’ annual business forum kicked off on May 27 in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia.

The main topic of discussion at the event is the export potential of the EEU.

Both plenary and sectional sessions will be held, where representatives of EEU states will act as moderators, jointly with representatives of Armenian state structures.

Bilateral business meetings and contact exchange will be held.

The forum’s organizers include the Chambers of Commerce of Armenia, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus, Kazakhstan’s ‘Atameken’ national chamber of businessmen and Evencenter company.

The forum is attended by Armenia’s deputy minister of economic development and investments, ministers of the EEC, ambassador’s, chairman of chambers, more than 300 participants, including more than 100 foreign guests.

The main goals of the event are organizing negotiations between EEU companies, including in an informal environment, revealing new business ties, expanding business operation circles, discussing important economic issues with officials, etc.
