YEREVAN, MAY 26, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian governmental delegation led by Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan is in the Russian city of Kazan on a working visit to take part in the sessions the CIS heads of governments’ council and the Eurasian inter-governmental council, press service of the Government told Armenpress.

Narrow and extended format sessions of the CIS heads of governments’ council was held on May 26 during which issues related to further developing and deepening the economic mutual partnership within the structure were discussed.

After the end of the extended format session, heads of CIS governments signed a number of documents aimed at deepening the mutual partnership between the CSI states in various spheres. International agreements were also signed on combating production and distribution of fake products, intellectual property protection and etc.

The Council made a decision to hold the next session in November, 2017.

The Armenian PM’s delegation participated in the official reception organized on behalf of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev for the delegations participating in the sessions.
